how this is priced
The people you share with never pay.
Listening, commenting and approving are free for them, always. The person hosting spaces for several circles at once pays, because that's where the storage and the serving actually cost something.
The price is what keeps the service running without ads and without selling data. Nothing you already have gets taken away to make you upgrade: no links that expire, no content that gets deleted — a downgrade freezes extra spaces read-only, and the links you already sent keep the settings they were created with.
Questions
Is the free plan free forever?
Yes. It's not a trial — it's the plan without a price, and it always exists.
What counts as a hosted group space?
A shared space you created and host for others. Your private drive never counts, and being a member of any number of spaces hosted by other people never counts either.
What exactly does Studio add?
Hosting more than one group space at the same time, a password on the links you create, your studio logo on the pages you share, and a 500 GB ceiling instead of 5 GB. Letting a link download stays free on every plan.
What happens to my spaces if I cancel Studio?
Nothing is deleted, ever. Your oldest space stays fully active; the others freeze read-only — members keep listening, downloading and commenting, but nothing new can be added. Re-subscribing unfreezes all of them instantly.
And to the links I already sent?
They keep working as they were created: a link that carries a password keeps it. Your logo stops showing on your pages — it isn't deleted — and comes back if you re-subscribe.
How do I cancel?
From the Stripe customer portal, anytime. No commitment, no email to write, no retention flow.
Do you see my card number?
No. Checkout, invoices and taxes run on Stripe. Card data never touches Feedtracks.
What happens to my files if Feedtracks shuts down?
You are never locked in: downloads and ZIP exports always give you the original files, bit-for-bit, on every plan. Your library remains exportable at any moment — that's a property of how files are stored, not a promise.
