What's new

Every change you can see in Feedtracks, newest first — the same list members read in the app under What's new.

47 changes since 3 October 2026 · 31 reported by beta members

  • New

AIFF files — Logic Pro's default bounce — are now real tracks: duration, waveform, playback in every browser (Lossless included), timestamped comments and playlists, just like a WAV. Played right after the upload, the player shows “Preparing…” while it converts, then starts by itself.

  • Improved

On a shared page, pressing play before the audio is ready is no longer lost: the track starts as soon as it is.

  • Improved

On a phone, navigation moves under your thumb: five tabs at the bottom of the screen, under the player — Drive, Groups, Search, Activity, Account. Each page starts right at its title, “New” shrinks to a “+”, and the drive shows two or three more tracks as soon as it opens. · Reported in the beta

  • Fixed

“Play all” no longer stops on “Playback failed” when your phone goes to sleep: when moving to the next track, the player waits for the network to come back and carries on by itself — and it now gets the next track ready before the current one ends. · Reported in the beta

  • Fixed

On a phone, the Groups, Activity and To-do pages, and a group's member list, now run edge to edge like the drive. · Reported in the beta

  • New

A new “Plan” page: the free plan and Studio side by side, monthly or yearly, and for subscribers, the way to manage their subscription.

  • New

Studio opens unlimited group spaces, password-protected links, your logo on the pages you share and 500 GB; the free plan keeps one group space, 5 GB, and the choice of listen-only or download on every link.

  • New

If a Studio subscription ends, the extra group spaces turn read-only: everything stays viewable and open to comments, nothing is deleted, and it all reopens on going back to Studio.

  • New

The terms of use, privacy policy and legal notice are online, in French and English: at the bottom of the sign-in page, of every shared page and of your settings.

  • New

During its first week, a new account can tell us in one tap, at the top of the drive, how it found Feedtracks — it's optional.

  • Fixed

Deleting your account no longer fails when someone has just asked for a sign-in code.

  • New

“Add to a playlist” now offers “New playlist” at the top: name it, and your selection goes straight in; the confirmation message takes you to the playlist. · Reported in the beta

  • Fixed

Confirmation messages now show above the “Uploads” panel and the player instead of covering them, and “Add a version” no longer doubles the panel with an “Uploading…” message.

  • Fixed

On a track page, V now really goes back and forth between the two versions you're comparing, even with three or more: the sound follows, at the same moment, even if you press twice in a row. · Reported in the beta

  • Improved

V also works with Caps Lock on and is listed in the shortcuts help (“?”); Esc leaves the comment field to hand the keyboard back to the shortcuts. · Reported in the beta

  • Fixed

“Attach an existing track…” from a track page now makes the chosen track the next version, on top of the stack and the main one; existing versions keep their numbers. · Reported in the beta

  • Fixed

A first version's note now suggests “A note on this version” instead of asking what changed. · Reported in the beta

  • Fixed

The unresolved feedback from other versions, in a track's details, now updates as soon as feedback is resolved or a version joins the stack.

  • Improved

Attaching a track as a new version now emails the guests who gave feedback, just like “Add a version”: the link they received now plays that track.

  • Fixed

A comment opened from a notification or “view in thread” lights up for a moment as you arrive, then goes back to being a line like the others — no frame left around it. · Reported in the beta

  • Improved

The “Uploads” panel now closes by itself a few seconds after everything has arrived; it stays open while your mouse is over it, and when something failed.

  • Improved

On a phone, the drive gets more room: lists run edge to edge, a row no longer carries a checkbox, and tapping anywhere on it opens it. · Reported in the beta

  • New

On a phone, “Select” — at the top of the list or in an item's menu — brings up checkboxes on the right, under your thumb, with an action bar that fits the screen; the back button leaves the selection. · Reported in the beta

  • Fixed

On a phone, a long press opens an item's menu without ticking it underneath anymore. · Reported in the beta

  • Improved

On a phone, the drive's filters fit on one line, “Unresolved” first; the sort is chosen at the top of the list and goes back to date whenever you like; “My drive” is no longer cut off on small screens. · Reported in the beta

  • Fixed

A playlist can now be reordered on a phone too: “Move up” and “Move down” are in each track's menu. · Reported in the beta

  • Improved

A track page is easier to read: the track at the top; right above the waveform, the version you're hearing, who approved it and its note; version actions move to the ⋯ menu, and playlists to the track's details. · Reported in the beta

  • Improved

On a phone, menus now rise from the bottom of the screen with large, easy-to-tap rows, like your phone's own apps — no more small window pinned to the button. · Reported in the beta

  • Improved

On a phone, a long press on a row of the trash or of a playlist opens its menu as reliably as in the drive.

  • Fixed

A group no longer shows the photo of someone invited until they accept: they appear by their initial, in the group's picture and in the member list alike. · Reported in the beta

  • Fixed

A comment opened from a notification or a waveform marker shows its actions (Reply, Resolve…) right away instead of an empty band. · Reported in the beta

  • Improved

Switching space or filter responds at once: the list stays in place while it loads instead of flickering, and on a phone the drive loads in one piece, titles and buttons together. · Reported in the beta

  • Fixed

Sorting the drive by name no longer draws a large frame around the table's header. · Reported in the beta

  • New

On a computer, clicking the track title in the player opens its page. · Reported in the beta

  • Improved

In share links, “Disable all” is a visible button that asks for confirmation, instead of a ⋯ menu with a single option. · Reported in the beta

  • Fixed

On a phone, tapping the comment field no longer makes the keyboard vanish — on your tracks and on a shared page alike. · Reported in the beta

  • New

Your storage is shown in Settings, in total and for each space you host; each group you host shows what it weighs. · Reported in the beta

  • Improved

An upload refused for lack of space in someone else's group now says it's the host's space that is full, not yours. · Reported in the beta

  • Improved

On a phone, a handle at the top of the player shows it can be pulled open. · Reported in the beta

  • Fixed

On a phone, menus no longer show keyboard shortcuts. · Reported in the beta

  • Fixed

On a track page, a marker's tooltip no longer repeats what the open comment already says. · Reported in the beta

  • Improved

The installed app's icon is sharp, on the home screen and at launch. · Reported in the beta

  • New

When someone you invited joins a group, you're told — in Activity and by email, which you can turn off in Settings. · Reported in the beta

  • New

“What's new”: what changes in Feedtracks during the beta, release after release. A small dot tells you when there is something new.

  • New

“Feedback on the beta?”: write to us from any page, with a screenshot if you like — at the bottom of the left column on a computer, in the account menu on a phone.

  • Improved

Feedtracks emails have a new, clearer look. Replying to a welcome email puts you in touch with the founder directly.

  • Fixed

Signing in with Google now lets you pick the account, instead of using the one already open in your browser. · Reported in the beta
